Trans Equity Coalition is a young, grassroots 501(c)(3) nonprofit startup based in New Jersey, run exclusively by transgender and nonbinary people.

Founded in 2021, TEC is currently co-facilitated by Nathan Rodriguez and Dan Rogan.
